We have inhouse legal counsel specializing in tokenization and DAOs. We are co-authors of some of the largest DAO proposals including Game7, EduDAO, and zkDAO.
Responsibilities
- Fund structuring and admin - apply industry standard frameworks for our internal Venture Funds and Hedge Funds. Prepare for a potential future where we receive external capital.
- Entity optimization - coordinate internal and external resources to provide tax efficient entity setup, jurisdictional reporting, local government and business relations.
- HR and administration - compensation, hiring and onboarding process, sourcing and screening, office administration.
- Relationships - Relationship building and deal sharing with existing and potential fund-of-fund relationships.
- Entity branding - Coordinate website, social, events, governments relationships, business relationships.
Requirements
- At least 2 years as Operating Partner or Operations Director of a venture fund or hedge fund with $150M+ AUM.
- Familiar with onshore and offshore setups involving SPVs, foundations, family offices, and service entities.
- Excited to join the crypto industry, and has personally researched various crypto areas.
