Mirana invests in Web3 entrepreneurs, projects, and funds. Our Partners have built multiple crypto organizations including: Windranger Labs, BitDAO, Dekrypt Capital, Mirana Asset Management, SF Blockchain Week, and Bybit.

We have inhouse legal counsel specializing in tokenization and DAOs. We are co-authors of some of the largest DAO proposals including Game7, EduDAO, and zkDAO.

Responsibilities

Technical due diligence of projects, including feedback on:

• Key technical innovations.
• The existing solution space, trade-offs, and competitor differentiation.
• Technical feasibility.
• Risks.

Join calls with project teams

• To give feedback: e.g. on whitepapers, mechanism designs, risks, etc.
• Raise challenging questions during technical due diligence.

Sourcing

• Actively participate in technical communities to source deals and stay abreast of the latest technological innovation.

Requirements

• Preferably from an engineering or distributed systems research background, with technical understanding of several of the following areas: Layer 1s, Layer 2s, zero knowledge proof application, and cross chain messaging (bridge) protocols.
• Broad understanding of existing solutions.
• Flexible work schedule, to participate in calls with global projects and internal teams.
• Good communication and written skills.
